SaskCulture’s AI Learning Network is a collaborative pilot for cultural organizations across Saskatchewan to explore how artificial intelligence can strengthen their work in ethical, values-driven ways. Built around peer learning rather than formal “how‑to” training, the network welcomes self‑directed participants who are curious about applying AI to real organizational challenges and committed to sharing what they learn with others.
Participants will take part in monthly virtual roundtables, stay connected through a dedicated online space for ongoing dialogue and resource‑sharing, and join two development sessions focused on drafting practical AI strategies and policies for their organizations. The cohort is open to staff and volunteers from arts, heritage, and multicultural organizations in Saskatchewan.
To participate, plan for a minimum of 2 hours per month, actively engage between meetings, and complete a brief pre‑ and post‑survey. Please fill out the short Application and Survey, which will help align goals and expectations.
By the end of this pilot, participants are expected to feel more confident using artificial intelligence, have actionable strategies for their organizations, and contribute valuable insights to benefit the wider cultural sector.
We’ll kick off in February with an introductory roundtable, followed by an AI policy workshop in March and an AI strategy workshop in May. General roundtables in April, June, July, and August will provide space for peer learning and updates, and we’ll wrap up in September by sharing completed AI policy and strategy drafts and cohort insights.
Apply by February 9, 2026, to join the AI Learning Network pilot.
