Webinar: Governance Basics with Dawn Martin
This session will explore the fundamentals of non-profit governance. Dawn’s approach is to work with non-profits to build governance processes that meet organizations where they’re at while still meeting the legal requirements imposed on boards of directors. This is an opportunity for new board members, and staff, to understand the basics of governance and the board’s legal roles and responsibilities.

Dawn Martin has served in a range of capacities both in government and as a private consultant. As a consultant, Dawn has spent 30 years assisting numerous agencies and non-profit organizations with strategic planning, performance measurement, governance, and organizational development. Dawn understands the issues and challenges that board volunteers face and is eager to provide organizations with guidance and support that will make a difference.
