Water Tower Carnival

Enjoy a fun, free, water-themed, old-fashioned Carnival at the base of the historic Humboldt Water Tower! There will be games, a circus arts workshop, a treasure hunt, a visit from the Humboldt Fire Trucks, and more! The Carnival is free but standard rates apply for Water Tower Tours for those who want to go all the way to the top! ($6/adult, $4/youth).
