Building Your HR Skills: Succession & Workforce Planning

SaskCulture, in partnership with Knibbs HR Consulting, is pleased to present the third webinar in our four-part series designed to provide practical, accessible, and sector-relevant HR knowledge. Effective succession planning is essential for organizations of any size. Proactive succession planning ensures that leadership continuity is maintained, preventing gaps in critical functions and supporting the long-term success of the organization.

Join us November 19th to:
Understand the key elements of succession and workforce planning;
Identify critical positions and assess future talent needs;
Develop practical tools for documenting key responsibilities and organizational knowledge; and
Strengthen leadership continuity through mentorship and staff development.

Participants will leave with practical steps to help prepare their organization for key staff transitions and to build stability for the years ahead.
