Reporting to the Commercial Services Supervisor, the Customer Services Assistant will provide exceptional visitor services, reception, and gift shop services. Weekend work is required. Only students continuing full-time post-secondary studies in the fall semester will be considered. This
position is funded through the Canada Summer Jobs Program.
DUTIES:
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors appropriately, orientating them to the Museum, and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Coordinate reception and gift shop services including processing admissions, memberships, and retail sales.
• Provide back up to “Tea Room” concession in the Heritage Village including preparing concession items, serving customers, collecting payment, completing necessary reports.
$13 to $15 an hour

Term: June 7 - August 14, 2021
Hours: 8 hours a day - 40 hours per week, will include weekends.
