Digital Associate – Summer Student Position
The Saskatchewan Genealogical Society has an opportunity for a summer student with an interest in family history and good computer skills. This full-time term position is for our Obituary Program and is available immediately through to August 31, 2025. It is located at our office/library in Regina.
Duties will include but not be limited to scanning, sizing, naming, coding and managing/saving a large collection of obituaries to be added to on Obituary Index on our website. Other duties may be required, as assigned.
The qualified candidate will have strong computer skills and be able to easily create folders, ZIP/archives and manage a large collection of files/documents. You must have problem-solving skills, good attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. Must be reliable, punctual and accountable.
