City of Regina 2023 Water Service Box Vinyl Wrap

City of Regina, Regina
Deadline: June 01, 2023 - June 27, 2023

Deadline

June 27, 2023

The City of Regina is looking to receive proposals for diverse and original artwork that will be displayed through a vinyl wrap on water service boxes in City of Regina parks and public spaces.

The City of Regina has over 830 hectares of parks and over 120 km of multi-use pathways. These parks and open spaces across the city provide spaces for residents to enjoy the outdoors all year long. Through this Water Service Box Vinyl Wrap Call for Artist, the City of Regina will display five (5) works of art in parks across the city.

The original designs should resonate with Regina’s landscape and should provoke thought about the diversity of people who use the park, as well as natural floral and fauna. The vinyl wraps will both add to the city’s diverse and vibrant neighbourhoods through this addition of artwork, as well as deter vandalism.

• Each water service box may differ in size and shape. Exact measurements will be provided to successful artists.
• Successful artists will be paid $700 per design, upon delivery of a final print-ready image.
• Final installation of the vinyl wraps will be completed by City of Regina staff.
