Consultant Directory

The Lifecycles Consultant Directory provides a list of consultants that have taken the Lifecycles Consultant Training or Certified Lifecycle Consultant Training.

Not familiar with Nonprofit Lifecycles?

It is a lens or an approach to guide nonprofit organizations through a self-assessment in the areas of mission, programs, governance, management, administrative systems and business model. A trained Lifecycle Consultant facilitates staff and board members to complete a self-assessment and then develop strategies to build organizational capacity based on the Lifecycle stage the organization is in. The Lifecycle Stages are: idea, start-up, growth, maturity, decline, turnaround or terminal. The self-assessment can be a “deep dive” full assessment or a shorter Lifecycles “selfie” assessment.
